Swiss ball. Get a full-body low-impact workout with cardio, stability and
core exercises and strength training. The Swiss ball is an excellent
source for fun, added strength, flexibility and coordination.

defense, while getting into great shape. This fun, high-energy
class provides a total body workout focusing on jabs, punches
and kicks, strength training and building a strong core.
Tai Chi/Chi Gong
Derived from martial arts, Tai Chi/Chi Gong employs slow, graceful
movements designed to focus the mind and restore the body. The
exercises create a calming and de-stressing effect, and give a means for
motor control, balance, flexibility and improved posture.
